The annual Best UK Vets Awards reward the vet practices delivering the highest level of service to their clients. These Vet Help Direct Awards are only given to surgeries who have received genuine 4 and 5-star reviews from their clients.
This is why we are unbelievably proud to have received over 20 awards at the Best UK Vets Awards, including best vets in London, Kent and Greater London.
It has been a really progressive year for DNA with the onboarding of 12 new surgeries to our independent group and none of this would have been possible without our incredible team.
A massive thank you to Susie Samuel and the fabulous VetHelpDirect.com team for organising such a superb annual event.
We owe it to all our clients and their lovely pets for trusting us for all these years. Without them, DNA Vetcare wouldn’t be where it is today! Thank you so very much!
Without further ado, here are a few of our wonderful reviews:
“The team at Briar House saved my kitten’s life after she was attacked by dogs. Another local vet told us she wouldn’t make it without extensive surgery with a specialist in London, costing over £12k, and recommended immediate euthanasia. As a last resort, I called Briar House for a second opinion, and they saw her the same day. They quickly confirmed the expensive and extensive surgery wasn’t necessary and they gave her the treatment she needed. A few weeks on and she is thriving and healthy and I am so grateful.” Hannah for Briar House Veterinary Surgery
“Absolutely amazing staff, kind friendly place to go to. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lovely and patient with my dog of is scared of people. They take the time to help her with people and treat her so well.” – Molly for Mead Veterinary Centre
“A great veterinary practice, incredible helpful with our new puppy’s second vaccination. Also find the VIP pet plan a great initiative as it keeps us up to date on Yuki’s flea/tick/worming medications, without having to think about it! It’s incredibly helpful. Also fine being able to contact the surgery by phone, WhatsApp or simply by popping in is also very helpful.” – Edyta for Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery
“I recently took my 14 year old King Charles cavalier called Macey to see Paloma at Grove Park Vet in Chiswick. She was very ill on the brink of death. Thank you to Paloma and the lovely girls who work with her. Macey has now recovered. We even had a date to put her down, but due to the amazing care and treatment, Macey made an unexpected recovery. I wish I had met Paloma years ago, I highly recommend this veterinary practice. Everyone is amazingly friendly and caring. If you love your pet, you cannot find a better vet. She is really dedicated to the care of the animals and very honest. I am so very grateful to all of them.” – Yolanda for Grove Park Veterinary Clinic
