You will be supporting the practice by performing a variety of duties, such as ensuring the practice maintains high clinical standards throughout, maintaining kennels and the general environment following cleaning protocols, feeding animals, animal handling and behaviour, reporting back to and assisting nurses with patient care and preparing medical equipment.

This new role is either an incredible entry into veterinary nursing, or perhaps you are a nurse who only wants to work odd shifts and help your comrades feel supported?

We’re very flexible! You can work every weekend, every other weekend or every 3rd weekend. The more hands to help our incredibly special team, the better!
Saturday’s are 7.30am to 5pm or 12pm to 10pm
Sunday’s are 7.30am to 5pm or 12pm to 10pm

The main duties in this position are to :
-Welcome pets upon arrival
-Book appointments and arrivals on the RX Works diary
-Helping to keep the surgery inside and out clean for the pets we are caring for, our clinical team and
our clients
-Help to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative
