You won’t believe what our amazing vets found inside Cooper’s stomach…Poor Cooper is finally feeling a lot better after that emergency appointment with our Blackheath Vets and he can now go back home feeling healthy and happy! Bowi, Benji, Peaches and a unusual patient are also some of the many pets that visited our surgeries this week and they benefited from a first class care!
This handsome man is called Cooper. He has been at the practice with us as he has been unwell. Xrays and scans revealed a small object in his stomach which was causing a partial obstruction. Our vet Andreas did emergency surgery to remove the foreign object which turned out to be a bit of plastic and a metal spring! It was likely a toy or a pen that Cooper wanted to chew 🙈 He has gone to our out of hours vets for continuous care but we will be seeing him back tomorrow. We’re all wishing Cooper a speedy recovery! ❤️
Well look at this for cuteness overload!
Bowie (left) and Peaches (right) are sisters and accompanied each other coming to the vets. They are both on our VIP plan and came in to be weighed for more flea and worm treatment.
Peaches is about to get quite a lot bigger! Shes already rapidly growing a gaining weight. Bowie is known as a little ‘princess’ and has accepted her little (but bigger) sister really well.
These beautiful pair definitely put a smile on our faces today!
We had a visit from a bat! It was found underneath a tile at a clients house while she was having work done! It’s ok but as we know they sleep during the day and come out at night so was very frightened! He’s on his way to get looked at by a bat specialist just to make sure everything is ok! What a cute little creature ❤️
Look how happy Benji was to come and see us – think he knew how swanky he looked in his jacket! ☺️☺️ Benji visited Enrico to get his passport all started up so he can travel out of the UK. We can help you with any passport queries you may have and also administer the required vaccinations and issue the passport for you 👍👍 Find out more information about pet travel regulations post Brexit
