Preventative treatments are vital for keeping your precious pets protected. That’s why, even throughout the difficult lockdown periods, preventative care such as primary vaccinations, boosters and preventative treatments like flea & worming treatments have remained (as always!) a priority for us.
We have continued to care for your beloved pets and provide preventative treatments that will protect them from serious diseases. With the prospect of lockdown easing soon, we hope to see a lot more of you and your gorgeous pets. π
This week, we were lucky enough to welcome lots of adorable visitors who came in for top to tail health checks, vital vaccinations and important flea and worming treatments.

Any Harry Potter fans among our lovely clients? β‘ β¨
Little Albus recently visited the team at Mayow Vets for his very important first set of vaccinations. π
Our amazing Vet Jenny fell in love with him, as you can see from the gorgeous photo. π»
We’re looking forward to seeing Albus for his second set of vaccinations soon to make sure this little one is protected against deadly diseases!
What a great patient he was! π πΎ
This is Yuki! π»
Isn’t he just beautiful? π
He recently came in to Croydon Vets to see our wonderful Vet Melania for his second vaccination and got much more than he bargained for- LOTS of cuddles and kisses! π π
Melania loves all of your precious pets but, she does have a soft spot for Ragdolls as she has one herself at home. π±
Whilst we are currently asking owners to wait outside due to Covid guidelines, please be reassured that your pet is still getting lots of kisses, cuddles and treats from each member of staff that they meet. π
This gentle giant is Ziva! πΆ π
Ziva weighs 58kg and is 2 years old! πΎ
Ziva came in to see the Parish Lane Vets team for a manicure π and to get her important kennel cough vaccine.
This vaccine is a spray that goes into the nostril. Kennel cough can be caught from a number of different viruses and the vaccine protects against this. πΒ While this vaccine helps to protect your pets, it’s important to remember that it is not 100% effective, so itβs always a good idea to be on the lookout for symptoms! These include a persistent cough, sneezing and bringing up a white phlegm.
If you have any concerns at all about your beloved pet, please don’t hesitate to contact us and our experienced team can offer advice. β¨
The gorgeous Oscar came in to Mitcham Vets this week for a weigh in. Our team checked him over and were pleased to say that he is doing well. π π
Little Oscar was also given some flea and worming preventative treatment during his visit. πΎ
He had the entire team all wanting cuddles and was the sweetest little guy. πΆ
Mitcham Vets were lucky enough to have another adorable four-legged friend come to visit this week. πΆ πΎ
Rafa is one of our new patients and he came in to see the team for his second vaccination. π
These vaccinations really are so important for keeping your pets protected and preventing them from getting dangerous diseases. π
We gave him lots of cuddles during his visit and judging from the photo, we think he enjoyed them as much as we did! π β€οΈ
This is Pax! πΆ
This not so little guy came in to Mayow Vets and instantly stole the hearts of the whole team. π
Pax came in for a weight check so that we could see how he is getting on. βοΈΒ Thankfully, he is doing just fine. π
Isn’t he just gorgeous? π
