You can book a video consultation easily using your phone or laptop. Should your pet need to be physically examined at one of our multi-award winning surgeries, we will invite you in for an appointment or arrange a house visit if necessary. If you do need to come in to the surgery, our fee for the Video Consultation will be credited to your pets record.
