Corona Update from London Vets

We are open and our teams are ready to help your pets.

We kindly ask that for everyone’s safety:

• We would ask that if you have any colds or coughs or fever then please do not come in the surgery. Please ask a friend or relative to bring your pet in.
• Please also do not come in to the surgery if you have recently returned from a high risk country.
• We have hand sanitizer at the surgery and request that all visitors use this on their arrival.
• All the door handles and surfaces are cleaned regularly for your safety. We would ask that the normal precautions such as coughing or sneezing into a tissue are observed.
• If you are self isolating or have Corona Virus then we can post repeat prescriptions to you. Just let us know and we can send out medications second class.

Finally, if we can be of any assistance to any of our clients, especially for those in isolation, then please let us know. We are also working on an online video solution in case a lock-down occurs. We will endeavour to be open and ready for you during this human health crisis.

If you were planning to take advantage of our current Vaccine Amnesty promotion, please do not worry as we are likely to extend the offer for the time being due to the current disruption.
