This week was a fantastic week for our surgeries and we’ve got some VERY exciting news to share with you! 🎉 🎉 🎉
It looks like we’re going to need a bigger trophy cabinet because not just one but TWO of our fantastic surgeries have won prestigious Vet Help Direct awards. 🏆
Our Streatham Hill hospital was officially crowned Best London Vets 2021 and Croydon Veterinary Surgery was awarded Best Surrey Vets 2021 in the Best UK Vet awards!
We are incredibly proud that we have been able to offer continuous care for your precious pets throughout the pandemic and are extremely grateful to have been recognised for our caring, professional service by you- our wonderful clients. What Do These Awards Mean?
These incredible awards mean so much to us because they reflect the positive experiences that our lovely clients have had at our surgeries. Our Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery has been awarded the Best London Vets award for 2021 and this means that out of all the veterinary practices in London, we are officially the BEST!
Of course, that’s not all. Croydon Vets has been crowned the Best Surrey Vets, making it the best veterinary surgery in the whole of Surrey! Winning these acclaimed awards after a very difficult year, is a testament to our wonderful teams and we are thrilled to hear that you—our loyal customers—have found our outstanding service as helpful and reassuring as ever. 💚
What Are The Best UK Vet Awards?
The Best UK Vet Awards take place each year, recognising veterinary practices across the UK that are delivering the highest level of service to customers. These prestigious awards are organised by Vet Help Direct and winners are chosen thanks to reviews left by genuine clients. When pet owners leave surgery reviews, Vet Help Direct collate them and present awards to the practices with the most 4 and 5 star reviews. These reviews have all been submitted by real clients and pet owners over the previous year. 🌟 🌟
Our Trophy Cabinet
Now that the 2021 Best UK Vet awards have been announced, we can officially say that our trophy cabinet is expanding. 🏆 We feel very privileged that our surgeries have now been recognised year after year. Since 2018, our fabulous group have received at least one award each year. Take a look at some of the previous winners below:
Best UK Vet- Briar House Vets was voted the best vet in the whole of the UK back in 2018! 👏
Best Small Practice- Lakeview Veterinary Centre was crowned the best small practice in the UK in 2019. 👏
Best London Vet- Mayow Vets received the best vets in London accolade for 2020. 👏
We’ve already got our fingers crossed that our winning streak will continue next year!
