Remembering Paul O’Grady

Date: 30 Mar 2023
By: admin

We were so saddened to hear about Paul O’Grady’s untimely death. Paul was a wonderful animal lover and activist, known for campaigning for charities such as Battersea Cats and Dogs as well as Orangutan Appeal UK. His show For The Love of Dogs won many awards and was loved all around the nation.

He and Buster were also regular clients of our Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery, and it was always a pleasure to see them both and make sure that Buster would be given the best of care.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his friends and family during that difficult time. Paul will be missed dearly by everyone at Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery.

“Battersea will forever remember Paul as a devoted animal lover with the biggest heart, who fell in love with every dog he met at our centres. Paul will always be associated with Battersea, and we are truly saddened to have lost such a true friend and huge part of our charity.”
Battersea Cats and Dogs

“We’re heartbroken to hear the news that the wonderful Paul O’Grady has passed away. He was a shining light for animals with an inspirational passion and drive to help them. Our thoughts are with Paul’s loved ones, his many animals and our friends at Battersea” RSPCA
